Cowboy Pete

a.k.a. Dave Martin

Dave Martin is a songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Athens, GA. known for his work in a diverse range of acts including The Humms, Uncle Goo and the Country Dragons, Astral Summer, and many others. Additionally, Dave teaches children how to play guitar in his spare time and has worked extensively in public education and as a youth martial arts instructor. When he's not performing as Cowboy Pete, Dave enjoys spending time with his family and running.

a.k.a. Natalie Smith

Natalie Smith is a free-lance flutist and educator living in Athens, GA. She holds a Master of Music degree in Flute Performance and a Bachelor of Music degree in Music Theory from the University of Georgia. Natalie is principal flutist for the Gwinnett Ballet Theater Orchestra and the Georgia Ballet Orchestra. She also performs in world music groups including Brazilian forró band Bichos Vivos and the Athens Middle East Orchestra. In addition to playing the flute, Natalie teaches private lessons, preschool music classes, and is the founder of HEART Music, a non-profit organization whose mission is to increase students’ chances for success in life through high quality musical instruction.
